Jennifer's Kidney Fund

Hello everyone,  my name is Jennifer and I was born with kidney disease (FSGS). It's a disease that effect the kidneys. I am a single mom of 2 kids who's lives I am a big part of. I am also a student studying Business Administration . Followed by all the other activities, I am a dialysis patient where I do in center hemodialysis 3 days a week for 4-5  hours each treatment.  I am currently at the top of the kidney transplant waiting list to receive a new kidney. I have formed a team for this years DFW Kidney Walk 2017. Please help out with whatever amount you can. Let's help get the word out to teach people about their kidneys
