The American Civil Liberties Union is a leading organization in defending all Americans civil rights and furthering social justice for all. Recent immigration issues has created an enormous burden on the ACLU.
This gofundme campaign has been created to show our gratitude to the ACLU SoCal team for their tireless work as they face unprecedented demands and an overwhelming workload.
100% of all donations will go to the ACLU SoCal Wellness Fund which will allow the ACLU SoCal
administration to provide supportive services for the well being of the entire staff: Meditation and yoga, healthy meals on regular basis, a well stocked healthy kitchen for long work days, a company account with LIFT or a 24/7 taxi service. The goal of the
ACLU SoCal Wellness Fund is to support the entire team, relieve stress, and help sustain everyone's health and well being while working on the frontlines every day. Our goal is a minimum of $50,000 and to provide these services as soon as possible.
