Dear fellow AASPCA volunteers, friends, colleagues and most importantly dog lovers :).....thank you for your support of Griffen's rehabilitation and boarding!
Griffen is beginning his rehabilitation journey in Limeklin, PA at Almost Home Animal Sanctuary (http://www.almosthomeanimalsanctuary.com). Tara, a wonderful dog trainer and animal psychologist has gracially agreed to work with him and transform him into the wonderful dog I know he can be. Tara is one of most selfless people I know and she shares my passion for giving a great dog a second chance.
Everyone at the AASPCA who has worked with Griffen knows how loyal, intelligent and sweet this silly boy is. For those of you that only know Griffen by name :), let me say I consider him my 4th dog and I would go to the end of the earth to help him succeed. There have been many emotionally-trying times and disappointments along the way, but I have refused to give up on him. Now, with Tara's help I believe we have found the second ambassador that Griffen needs to turn the corner and find his forever home.
During Griffen's rehabilitation, fostering and a grass roots adoption campaign will be conducted. I will be supporting Tara and related parties with all boarding, training and medical costs. I am humbled and so grateful to all of you for considering to donate to our cause.
Let's keep our paws crossed and I'll keep everyone posted on Griffen's progress. Griffen and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts :).
