A financial appeal for Tita's hospital accounts
Donation protected
My sister Tita's hospital journey was like a bombardment of gunfires that registered holes in our hearts and drove us to our knees:
1. water filled in and around her heart region, doctors were able to drain the fluids eventually.
2. bacterial infection from abscessed tooth.
3. hemorrhaging for months and blood platelets count went down to 16 ( 14 is lowest and will cause death), blood transfusion followed.
4. Underwent cystoscopy procedure.
5. MRI showed multiple strokes, catapulting to numbness in the arms and garbled speech, causing blood platelets count plunging down to a dangerous level once again that precipitated a series of blood transfusion for a second time.

6. Plasma exchange to cleanse blood and antibodies.
7. Doctors diagnosed Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) associated with Lupus. Her antibodies are super aggressive and are attacking her own immune system, heart, urinary bladder, brain and blood.
According to doctors, she will be under maintenance for life.
As typical of most Filipinos, she has no medical insurance.
There's an old saying, "when it rains, it pours". This is our situation as a family who loves this once vibrant and carefree sister. We believe her life is in God's hands, we also believe God uses ordinary people to accomplish His goals. May you be one of those ordinary people and may God extend grace to you.
