Dear friends and family,

We are reaching out during a challenging time for our family as we navigate the complexities of our daughter Athena's health journey. Born with severe complications, including Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE), Cerebral Palsy, infantile spasms, seizures, and vision and hearing loss, Athena has faced incredible challenges since her birth in January.

At just 8 months old, she has already been life-flighted to Denver Children's Hospital twice in the past three months. Each hospital visit brings emotional and financial strain, especially as we just returned home from a month-long stay. The costs associated with travel, food, and bills have become overwhelming, and we are struggling to keep up.

We are asking for your help to cover these expenses so we can focus on what truly matters—being there for Athena during her treatment and recovery. Your support will allow us to spend more time by her side, ensuring she gets the care she needs without the added stress of financial burdens.

In addition to seeking assistance, we are committed to sharing Athena's story and raising awareness in our community about the challenges faced by families like ours. We have plans in the works to educate and advocate for others facing similar situations.
