Join us in Supporting Nicole Through Her Recovery

Nicole is a dedicated nurse who has spent her career caring for others—working tirelessly in the ER and surgical units, often being the calm in the storm for patients and families alike. She’s also a devoted mom to two beautiful young girls and a friend who shows up when you need her most.

Now, Nicole is facing her own health battle. She recently underwent a double mastectomy and is currently recovering at home. While she awaits results from a lymph node biopsy and prepares for the next steps in her treatment, including future reconstructive surgery, she will need to take an extended leave from work.

Her incredible coworkers have already offered generous support, but with an uncertain timeline for her recovery and future surgeries, we want to come together to help ease the financial burden during this time. Our hope is to give Nicole space to heal—without the added stress of worrying about bills or missing income.

Nicole is the last person to ask for help and doesn’t want sympathy—but we believe this is simply a moment for her community to show up for someone who has always shown up for us.

Labrador West is known for its generosity and heart, and we know that together, we can help Nicole and her family through this challenging chapter.
