Help Bill & Chloe get into yurt kit!

Hi everyone. I'm not used to asking friends for help but now seems to be the time that I let myself accept help to get my parents on more stable ground.

Some of you may have read my previous post explaining the emotional and financial abuse of my elderly parents & insurance money they got from their home burning down was used to build a new home & thier name never put on the deed. This was done by a once trusted person they loved...and are now expecting a huge hit from capital gains tax...

I got them out of there and they are now living in my camper, while I sleep outside in a tent. I have a tarp roof that leaks all over my belongings every time it rains. My days consist of doing everything it takes to care for 2 elderly parents but do it all off grid...running a generator and propane to mimic life in town. I am exhausted. Trying to manage all this in the camper is impossibly difficult. Getting the yurt up will provide this needed space for his health.

My Dad is in the hospital right now because he's been refusing to eat from the depression of realizing all that has happened...After the hospital he'll be in a nursing home for about a month and during that time I'd like to get the yurt built..

I've had a yurt kit here since Dec 2022 but have not been able to get it built and I have a hard time asking for the help I need. It looks like I'll need:

$3775 Radiant floor heating DIY kit which doubles as hot water heater for plumbing.

$8468 Cement pad, excavation bid

$5-10k for plumbing fixtures & roll in wheelchair shower setup/bars around yurt w/ interior wall. Most supplies purchased at Heartwood Resources which sells used building materials.

I am also trying to get together $2k for a retainer for a lawyer to recoup some of the money.

I'm asking for help but I'm also wanting to pay back anyone who helps out. I can pay back everything within a year or two at the latest...I love you guys very much and appreciate the words of support I read them to my folks. Pretty emotional stuff.
