Legal fees and moving expenses

Hey everyone! My name is Kasey and I’m raising funds for my best friend and her children to get out of a terrible situation which includes hiring a lawyer and moving into a new home. Buckle up! This is a crazy one!

Back in November 2022 my best friend found out that her husband (soon to be ex husband) sexually assaulted a minor. The minor was 13 at the time of the FIRST assault, and this went on for two years! After the minor came forward with their story my best friend immediately confronted him and he admitted to it. HOWEVER, now he is changing his tune and saying that he isn’t guilty that the minor seduced him! Yeah a 13-16 year old vs a 40 year old man… cmon! News story: Soon to be ex-Matt Solem.

Now if tearing a family apart wasn’t enough, now he is forcing the family to move from their home in order to sell the house and take everything he can. With all this turmoil my best friend has had her family torn apart, down an income, being forced to move, being slapped with legal fees by the ex for their divorce, in desperate need of a lawyer and finding a new place to live. Please help if you can and spread the word by sharing this.

$2,500 security deposit new home

$500-$800 pet deposit for new home

$1,200 moving expenses

The rest is to replenish some rainy day savings and pay off credit card debt that has accumulated during this process. Divorces are expensive!
