Help Abed's Family to Evacuate from Gaza
Hello, this is Lina on the behalf of Abed and his family, please read their story :
Come to you with a heavy heart and a plea for support my family : My name's Abed and I’m married and I have 4 children’s ( 3 young Girls and 1 Baby Boy )
On the seventh of October, Saturday, this tragedy occurred. We were sleeping safe in our homes, and life was turned upside down. We heard the sounds of missiles and explosions everywhere, and then we fled from our home. Immediately, the house was destroyed, but we escaped with our lives... and after several months. Due to war, hunger, and the lack of the most basic capabilities, such as electricity, water, and food.
Whenever the bombing gets closer to us, we flee to a new place, and our lives have turned into an endless nightmare.
Our house was damaged and I lost my workplace
We are now living in difficult and inhuman conditions, lacking the basic necessities of life.
We drink contaminated water, suffer from infectious diseases, and cannot find treatment, as even healthcare services have been destroyed by the occupation.
Today, we come to ask for your donation to help us leave Gaza for a safe place.
Your support means a lot to us and instills hope in our hearts. Any donation, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and will make a difference in our lives.
We humbly reach out to our community, friends, and kind-hearted individuals, asking for your generous support to alleviate the immense burden of expenses during this challenging time. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in helping my family navigate through this tragedy and rebuilding our lives.
Your compassion, prayers, and financial assistance are deeply appreciated.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Update from Abd Family - May 2025
Dear friends,
I write to you today with a heavy heart and empty hands.
These are the current prices of vegetables in Gaza. What used to cost a few shekels is now completely out of reach. One tomato can cost up to 20 shekels (about $5 to $7) - prices that no family here can afford.
Zucchini: $45/kg
Potatoes: $45 per kilogram
Tomato: $50 per kilogram
Onions: $50 per kilogram
25 kg of flour is $800
These are not luxuries - they are basic foods. But today in Gaza, they're a dream for the poor.
I've tried everything to keep feeding my family, but I can't fight this famine alone. The war and a complete blockade have pushed prices further than any of us can handle. My children are asking for vegetables, and I have nothing to give them.
Please share this update so that people around the world can understand what we are experiencing.
If you can help - even a little - it'll be useful for us to buy food that is now as valuable as gold.
From the bottom of my heart,
Thank you for standing with us.
- Abd family, Gaza
