Balthazar Bakery Employee Relief Fund

Two weeks ago we made the very difficult decisions to close the bakery for public safety reasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of our customers are restaurants and cafes, so our livelihoods largely depend on them. While we have every intention to re-open, we need your support to help bridge the gap for our staff. The bakers, mixers, shapers, porters and everyone in between will not be able to make ends meet without this fund. One hundred percent of the donations will be distributed to our families in need.
