Friends and Family,
As you all know my sister's best friend in the world, her rock in so many storms has been Beau. He has been there for her through thick and thin, and without his companionship I often question where she would be. On Monday her best pal started acting strange (labored breathing, loss of appetite, pacing). She immediately brought him to the emergency clinic where we were told that Beau had liquid in his lungs.
After a sleepless night being close to her loving and loyal friend, we were able to get Beau in to see the vet who diagnosed him with Chylothorax. He needs emergency surgery. In the vet's 30 years she has only seen one other case as it is a very rare condition. Suffice to say, Beau can never just be simple.
I am imploring those who can, please help. Funds will go towards emergency room bills and surgery. Those of you who know Michelle, know that Beau has been her purpose though dark days. He was there for her during her military service, keeping her strong when she was far from her family. He is her home.
We are committed to doing all that we can for Beau and for my sister, and we are all contributing as much as we can, unfortunately, we are unable to cover the entire cost. Please give if you can, we will forever be grateful. Thank you.
