Lee is a kind-hearted soul and dear friend who works at a small non-profit in Grand Junction, Colorado, performs in community theatre, and has just been told he has cancer. Health insurance where he works is minimal.

A tumor at the back of Lee’s throat was confirmed March 26th, 2025, and is suspected to be either lymphoma or nasopharyngeal cancer; an MRI on March 27th confirmed that the tumor has spread, creating a cluster of 7 tumors in his neck. A surgical procedure and biopsy on April 3rd will confirm which kind of cancer it is and what treatments are available.

This GoFundMe is to raise funds to help cover expenses from Lee's recent hospitalization as well as for his doctor’s visits, surgical procedures, treatment, and loss of income from work while he receives treatment. Lee’s doctor’s appointment on March 26th alone was $1200. The initial goal for this fundraiser is $25,000.
