Bill Julian's life was lost in a tragic plane crash on Beaver Island on Nov 13. Bill was an avid aviator and youth advocate. Our community has lost an invaluable asset. Bill girl's his wife Katie and Daughter Betsy- are brilliant, strong, talented and heart broken. Help us shelter and nurture them as the grieve and rebalance their lives.
