Isabella’s Surgery

Isabella is a fighter. When Isabella had her original surgery her arteries were not long enough causing some narrowing. Our doctors have been keeping an eye on this every month and last month we found out that it is now severe. She is going into heart failure. We originally were hoping to place a stint and buy some time for her to be a little bigger. Due to the stint possibly being life threatening to remove at a later time we are now having to go into a more serious fix. Isabella will be having a patch placed onto her arteries as a permanent fix. To do this she will have to have an open heart surgery. Isabella’s birthday is November 5th. Her open heart surgery is scheduled for November 6th. I know a lot of people have been wanting to have a huge bash for her. We will still be having a birthday party for her after she has recovered. Her recovery time will be between 8-10 weeks. I appreciate everyone’s support in this. Isabella will be placed on a medicated formula that she was on before that is 50$ a can with shipping. As parents we were prepared to have the surgery and hoped for the best. Since her surgery she has had 5 other surgery’s to help her recover.

Due to her heart surergy she had a lymphatic disruption and is now leaking fluid continuously and the doctors have done everything they can think of to help our baby girl. 
At this point this is our call for help in this situation. We are looking at all the options. This includes her having to be transported by medical jet to Philadelphia children’s hospital where they specialize in these cases. Randall’s children’s hospital has been a god send to us, but in her best interest she may need their specialized care to save life. 

There is no specialist that can help here on the west coast. 

We would appreciate any help we can get to pay for this cost that will safe her life.
