Amelia's Diabetes Alert Dog

Hi friends and family!

I've had type 1 diabetes since I was 4 years old. However, as I have moved to college and started living on my own, I have run into problems with not waking up to my low blood sugars overnight, even with the help of medical devices. Because of this, I have decided to pursue getting a diabetes alert dog to help wake me up to dangerous out of range blood sugars, and work as a service dog to help me care for my type 1 diabetes.

While I am very excited about this, as it will potentially be life saving, it is going to be a big financial cost. I appreciate any and all donations. Thank you!
