Help Overcome Cancer and Financial Strain

Howdy . . . Dr. K here. I have always been a giver, not a taker for 45 years of practice helping patients, so it is difficult for me to ask for donations. Yet, presently I am in need of some support.

Recently, I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer with metastasis to the liver, lymph nodes, and abdominal lining. Having to shutdown my practice is creating financial hardships in my professional and personal life, so I am reaching out now to kindly ask for some help and assistance.

Not practicing is an economical stress with reduced income coming in. So, at this point, we decided to start this GoFundMe to continue addressing office expenses, to cover medical bills, and all other necessary arrangements, as we will not be taking a salary. Also, I am searching for a volunteer that has a space to allow me to rest and heal, as my current living situation is not ideal.
