My older brother Dan has been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer known as Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma (PMBL), a type of non-Hodgkins lymphoma and has just begun chemotherapy. The doctors at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute are feeling very optimistic about his treatment but it’s going to be a long and expensive road to recovery.  The support he has from family and friends is a strong one. However, Dan could use your assistance as the medical bills have begun to arrive and his insurance has denied coverage for an invasive surgery that required an overnight stay.

Non-Hodgkins lymphoma is represented by the color lime green.  The color lavender represents ALL cancers, encompassing both Dan and all our other family members who have courageously battled this disease. The green and lavender motif also fits in with The Incredible Hulk, Dan's favorite character from childhood.
