Hi I’m Addi McLaren,

I am launching my professional playing golf career. I'd like to tell you a little bit about my journey: I was fortunate enough to spend 4 years playing golf at South Carolina State University. At that time I was focused on my studies and received a BSC, honours . After graduation I started as a club assistant pro at the Granite Golf Club, then moved on to the Ottawa Hunt Club. I spent a couple years there and I am proud to say I doubled up and went back to school and received a B. Ed. from the University of Ottawa.

During this time my game has grown and I have come to a point where I am now confident to start the process toward playing professionally. My dream has always been to play on the big stage, and with your help that could become a reality. With your support I will be able to begin pursuing my climb to the top of the game and compete for a spot amongst the greats of the sport.

I will have to travel to the US to play -including Florida, California and the Q schools. However, for the US visa to be approved I need to be fully funded, reaching this goal is of huge importance. The funds that you contribute will help me with my first year expenses such as entry fees, travel expenses, visa expenses, etc. Some of the qualifying tournaments will include LPGA US Open and the Canadian Open.

There will be other mini tours events that I will need to compete in to excel my skills. The fall schedule is focused on the LPGA Qualifying Schools. Any help that you could give would be incredibly appreciated.
