Update: She’s been denied from any clinical trials. She’s been given little choice for “treatment” options. She weighs about one hundred pounds soaking wet and the toll chemo may take on her is terrifying. It’s been said that it wont really increase her life expectancy. She is faced with the decision to keep her quality of life for as long as possible so she can enjoy the days she has left or possibly give up that quality to take on the tough chemo route. We are trying to raise enough money to help her live comfortably without the burden of work. It’s too physically taxing on her extremely fragile frame and causes way too much stress. She’s dealing with bones that are like glass. She has several small spine fractures and one in her hip from the cancer. Please pray for her.
Update: This diagnosis is terminal, the life expectancy is short, and treatment options are slim if not non existent-or many having out of pocket expenses. It has spread to her bones and into her spine. She is in pain daily. The biggest glimmer of hope is that we have somewhat of a time frame to plan some really special memories together. Full transparency, we created this fundraiser to help her live out the rest of her days stress free without the obligation of having to work or worry about bills, and maybe even do things shes always dreamed of doing before she inevitably becomes physically unable. We love and appreciate all of your support.
Nine years after her double mastectomy, my beloved mother-in-law has been diagnosed with stage 4 triple-negative metastatic breast cancer. As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly difficult time for her and for all of us who love her so dearly.
Despite the heavy weight of this diagnosis, she continues to face each day with incredible strength, grace, and her signature zest for life. She has always been the kind of person who brings light into every room she enters...full of warmth, laughter, and love. Now, more than ever, she deserves to be surrounded by that same love and light in return.
Nothing would bring her more happiness than knowing that she is supported, uplifted, and surrounded by those who care. She’s not just fighting a battle: she’s trying to live her days with joy, peace, and as little stress as possible. More than anything, she wants to feel free to focus on what truly matters: spending time with loved ones, creating beautiful memories, and embracing each moment with a full and happy heart.
Any amount you can donate will help alleviate many financial stressors that come with this diagnosis. We thank you immensly for your love and support.
