Rehab treatment for bulimia

My beautiful daughter Katie suffers terribly from eating disorders as well as acute alcoholism.  Her plight was featured on the t.v show intervention.  She weighs only 80lbs and almost died during her last hospitilization.  She is currently in a rehab and is responding well.  Unfourtently, her insurance only covers a portion of her treatment.  Unless, I can raise an additional $5000 she will not be able to stay.  Any contribution will be greatly appreciated.
