To know BIG Dave is to LOVE BIG Dave!
Dave suffered an injury to his knee. His MRI shows an evulsion fracture an inch long which popped off the behind his patella. He is going to need surgery and is self employed with insurance deficiencies!
Dave is in pain, this is the guy that started a 40 deg rainy TI V11 with shorts and a short sleeve jersey and wasnt phased by it. (for most of the ride wink, wink).
He needs help raising some green for at least a down payment on the surgery, please unite bike community to get BIG Dave back on his way to recovery and a TIV 13 start (yes there will be a 13)!
Dave has promised for every $100.00 raised to sing the Star Spangled Banner at a bike race solo! If he raises a $1000, he will shave his body and ride the DK 200 in a skin suit!
