This go fund me is for our Sweet Baby Boy, Chad Daniel Tralmer.

Chad was born on August 2, 2015 to Nicole Semmerling and Troy Tralmer. Baby Chad is the Grandson of Dan and Christy Semmerling.  His arrival truly was a blessing and his big blue eyes and incredible smile became the light and source of joy in all of our lives.

On Thursday, November 5, 2015, due to reasons we do not fully understand, Chad stopped breathing. Baby Chad was transported to the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in Lacrosse WI.

Chad was admitted into the Pediatric ICU and was put on life support. Chad fought for his life for 3 days but his condition never changed.

Nicole and Troy never left his side, while family and friends prayed for a miracle.

Despite the prayers and continuous vigil, our Heavenly Father called Baby Chad home.  Chad was only 3 months old. His parents struggled with the difficult decision of organ donation, and ultimately decided to give the gift of life.  This was the letter his parents wrote for Chad and was read as the donor flag was raised at the hospital in his honor. . .

"We would like to take this moment in honor of Chad Daniel Tralmer, who has in the past three months filled our hearts and the hearts of so many with more joy and love than we could ever imagine. He had the biggest blue eyes that could melt any heart and a smile that could brighten the darkest day. The days we have had with him have been the best days of our lives, and while we wish we could have more, he will live in our hearts forever. We pray that his heart brings as much joy to the next as it has to us. We love you forever, sweet boy."

The medical bills, memorial services, and not being able to work have added up for this young couple. Any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated by Nicole and Troy.

My name is Rita Wege, and I reside in Woodruff, Wisconsin. Nicole Semmerling is my niece, and Dan Semmerling (Chad's Grandfather) is my brother. This go fund me account has been set-up to help the Semmerling family pay for medical expenses incurred while maintaining Baby Chad on life support. The funds will be dispersed to Dan and Nicole Semmerling.
