Help Shelby Raye Get Back To Making Music!

Even rockstars need a little help from their friends.

It's not easy asking for help, and if you know Shelby Raye, you know she's always been one to face things head-on and pull herself up by her own bootstraps. That's why we're here - those close to her that are able to ask others for help FOR her. At some point in everyone's life, we all need a little bit of love, support and kindness from others. And THAT is what makes us humans!

We're not asking each of you for thousands of dollars. We're simply asking for 5 or 10 bucks - if you can spare it - to help her while she is unable to earn a decent living for herself. We all have costs - sometimes you need angels to help you out with the basic costs of being a human until you get on your feet.

Shelby has been battling health issues for the past 3 months. What started as abdominal pain has slowly devolved to crippling pain, lack of energy and immobility. 3 initial ER visits, an ICU stay, and countless doctors appointments confirmed her body had gone into diabetic ketoacidosis and was shutting down. This led to the diagnosis of gastroparesis, among other things.

As you might know, Shelby was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 7. It's a frustrating, incurable autoimmune disease that must be managed daily. And it was clear that this was causing her body to shut down. Essentially, her stomach is unable to digest food and empty itself properly, which means there is no fuel to energize the body and is causing immense pain, which creates a vicious cycle that has taken off almost 40 lbs of body weight.

Fast forward to today, and she's had resulting nerve damage, is in permanent agony from the moment she wakes up to the moment she falls asleep. It's almost impossible to convey the severity of this.

Yet, Shelby has continued to fight. Just like she always has.

We're here asking for help because this medical battle has not only meant nearly $20K in medical debt, but more importantly, it's completely removed Shelby's ability to work & earn an income and do what she was born to do - SING.

We all have costs - rent, car payment, gas and water bills, groceries, cell phone bill, etc. Add in hundreds of dollars for insulin and the necessary supplies for her diabetes. It adds up!

We've seen incredible strength and recovery from her recently, and are so grateful for it. All Shelby needs right now is chipping away at her basic living costs. Whatever you can spare - it WILL help.
