Coach Sam's Inner Circle Foundation

Steve Friedman, Kenny's father, was very involved in this Foundation, which provide educational support and social-emotional support to children. There is an award named after Steve, the Steve Friedman Coach of the Year award. In 2021 former Cleveland Browns NFL legend and Hall of Famer Ozzie Newsome and Aurora High School head football coach Bob Mihalik were honored and Debbie Friedman, Kenny's mother, presented the honor in memory of Steve.
