Baby Jacob is a happy 21 month old boy. He has been diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and needs to have a permanent shunt/drain placed in his brain. Jacob was born with an arachnid cyst that has unknowingly blocked the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. The blockage has caused his brain to swell. If left untreated Jacob will sufer brain damage and/or death.
Jacobs surgery is scheduled for the first week of January. While insurance pays a portion it still leaves thousands of dollars to be paid and deductibles to be met.
Please, please help my friend get the medical help her baby so needs. I know she would be beyond appreciative of any help you could provide.
