Hello, I am reaching out for help. My sister Shanon has gotten stuck 5 states away from us. She has never left the state before and was taken advantage of and brainwashed into thinking she would be better somewhere else which she later realized is not true and wants to come home but now she is stranded because she doesn't drive due to medical conditions and being mostly deaf. She also doesn't have any identification so taking a train or bus or plane is out of the question. I am trying to raise funds ASAP as my family and I need to go get her and bring her safely home.
