Hi, my name is Amber. I have spent the majority of my life facing one medical complication after another. I am a mother a beautiful ten year old son who is the light of my life and my reason for never giving up.

Yet again I have been slammed with another medical concern. On Thursday the 23rd of June I had a scare at work where I passed out, stopped breathing, and then went into convulsions.....ended up in the ER twice in three days. 

I am currently awaiting a neurology appointment to assess my condition. I passed all the stroke tests, but they did identify my episode as a mini stroke due to loss of strength, issues with times and dates, and struggles speaking and moving properly.

Luckily I have medical insurance finally so my medical costs will be able to be managed.

Sadly I am not able to work until I get an all clear by my doctor to drive . So I am out of work for up to a month and half on Leave of Absence (unpaid). My wonderful boyfriend is doing what he can to cover the bills but it is going to be a tough couple months moving forward for us. 

If anyone would like to help contribute to our cause to help pay the power, water, buy groceries, help with gas to and from appointments, or help with car, phone, or insurance payments we would appreciate any help. I typically cover all these bills and Edgar covers the rent and his bills.

Without my income we are going to be pretty short on making things work. I have no deferments for another two months (I already checked.)
