My niece helayna had a relapse with Leukemia, only this time it's in the frontal part of her brian and it's very aggressive. There was a plan set up for her to recieve radiation and be sent back to Colorado for more treatment, but things took a turn for the worse and sweet helayna was fighting for her life, several times we were told she wasn't going to make it and to prepare for the worse. Her brain was swelling from the cancer and fluid that was bei g trapped in there. She made it to emergent radiation by several hundred prayers and a miracle! She has had 3 radiation treatments and the swelling in her brain has finally come down. She still has her vent in and is still receiving sedation less movement the better things can try to heal and the swelling stays down! Helayna has a very long road ahead of her! My brother, mom, sister in law, and several other people will be switching places to be there for helayna and all the treatment she needs which will cause them to be out of work for an extended period of time!
