Support Nancy's Journey to Recovery

Our family has struggled during 2024 and 2025 as Nancy contracted a debilitating disease associated with her kidney disease. For most of 2024 and 2025, Nancy has been bed-bound as she has lost both her legs and a finger. In the last four months, she has spent 82 days at Vanderbilt Hospital and she has had fourteen surgeries over the last year and a half with one more coming.

We have struggled during this time financially due to Nancy having to quit her job, even though she did work at home from her bed for over a year. The doctor's bills, endless bills, and medical items have made it difficult with only one salary. Asking for a handout is not something we do lightly; we are usually the ones who give, but unfortunately, in this case, we need to ask. We are having to do home and auto renovations to help Nancy with mobility and being able to transport to her appointments.

We are a very close-knit family, so very rich in love. Everyone has stepped up to be with Nancy and at her side. "I'm so proud of my son and daughter and my husband who has never left my side during this time."
