Please Help Jennifer Swartz

We are attempting to raise funds for Jennifer Swartz, a friend whose living situation has suddenly changed. Jennifer has long suffered from MS, and recently has been forced to leave her home. She has also lost her long-time primary caregiver and cannot currently afford to secure another one. Without the assistance of a caregiver her new circumstances may keep her from receiving the care which she needs and deserves. The aim of the Gofundme effort is to help Jennifer secure the services of a new caregiver to assure her care and safety. Jennifer is a loving, caring Christian who is a member of our church. She has been as active as her disease allows and offered her home as a meeting place for church groups to allow her to participate. We hope that being able to secure the aid of a part/time caregiver will allow Jennifer to continue to be an active, engaged member of her community while keeping her healthy and safe.
