Paying tribute to Ashley

Hi, my name is Lindsey and this fundraiser is for the family of my cousin Ashley Godfrey. Ashley was taken from us unexpectedly through an act of human evil. No one expects to lose someone close to them through murder, it is something you hear about on TV but don't fully connect to yourself. While our family grapples with the shock and pain of losing someone so young and vibrant in this way, the hard reality is life goes on and what comes next is expensive. Ashley's young daughters will now have to face the rest of their lives without her. They will have to grow into young women without their mother there to guide their steps or support them when things get difficult. It's hard to ask for help but we are humbling ourselves for the sake of her daughters. Anything you are able to contribute will help Ashley's family pay for the expenses that come with saying goodbye. Donations will pay for the funeral and any other expenses that arise for the family in the coming months.
