John "Jody", "Hacksaw" Palsa passed away on June 16th. Jody was a life long resident of Point Place. He was a long time stage hand in the Toledo and Detroit Locals of IATSE. Jody served as President of the Toledo Local for 3 years and as Business Agent for 9 years.
Our goal is to cover funeral and other costs associated with Jody's long time illness. Jody is survived by the apple of his eye - his son Johnny.
Services are pending and will be handled by David R. Jasin Funeral Home in Point Place. Donations can also be made to Johnny in care of the funeral home.
