Support Edwin's Family in Their Time of Loss

Hi everyone,

I'm Arleth Rodriguez. Unfortunately, my sister's boyfriend, Edwin Joaquin Gonzalez, suffered a fatal motorcycle accident last night. He was struck when he experienced a malfunction with his motorcycle, leaving him stranded in the middle of I-55 on Damen. I don't think you'll ever find the right words when it comes to asking for help to lay a loved one to rest. This has to be the most heartbreaking thing I've ever had to do. On behalf of Edwin Joaquin Gonzalez's family and mine, I'm making this GoFundMe page to help raise funds for his funeral and transportation to his homeland in Nicaragua, where he will be reunited with his parents, his 4-year-old daughter, and family. Edwin Joaquin Gonzalez was a young father and a hardworking man. Riding and fixing motorcycles were a part of him. He was loved by many and will be missed eternally.
