A Father Lost To Mental Illness

I have set up this fundraiser to help my best friend, Bridgette Davis. Her and her two little girls are going through a significant tragedy and could use all the help they can get right now.

On June 10th 2018, Bridgette's husband,  Peter Davis, lost his long battle with mental illness and he took his own life. Peter was a great man. He loved his family and most importantly his 2 little girls Lainie and Charley, more than anything in the world. He was very intelligent and always willing to help someone in need.  His struggles more recently with depression and mental illness were just too much for him to bare and he could no longer fight his inner demons. While I whole heartedly believe that he is finally at peace, I know he would want his family cared for as he would have moved heaven and earth to provide for them any way possible.   

Bridgette has been a stay at home mom for the past 10 years and has also been homeschooling their girls for the past 2 years. Peter was the sole provider in their home.  Due to his recent struggles, he had very recently lost his job and did not have any life insurance or any other financial outlets set aside. Now, their family has been left without any money for bills, groceries or funeral expenses. 

I am begging for your help in supporting this sweet family in any way you can until Bridgette has a chance to grieve the loss of her husband and figure out what she will do next.  Please help me keep them on their feet at least for a little while so their hurt and their loss and their struggle isn't also burdened by financial worries.

A husband and daddy is lost.
