Emergency vet

A few days ago poor Scallop was bitten by a pit bull. I am just a neighbor that came to help when I heard screaming. The dog was latched down on her leg with each respective owner holding their animal, trying to get them apart. The dog finally let go after getting sprayed with a hose. Unfortunately, poor Scallop had to have her leg amputated. The vet bill is $6500. I never met Scallop’s owner until that day, but I feel compelled to help.
