William A. Walters impacted everyone he knew. Whether you met him for 5 mins or knew him for 15 years, you instantly knew he was truly a one-of-a-kind person. He was the purest of people, brought a smile to everyone, and left them with the biggest hug. His passing has left a hole in many people's hearts. We are asking for contributions to help with funeral expenses and honoring his memory the best way possible.
