Hello everyone. Please consider helping Heather out in her fight against breast cancer! The donations she receives will be used for expenses. 

Heather's breast cancer has come back and has metastasized into her right lung and lymph nodes. She is  currently undergoing radiation. After radiation,  she will be put on a pill called lynparza. This pill is newly approved and out of trial stage. This is specific to her brca1 gene mutation that causes this type of cancer. She will be on this pill until it no longer works. After this, she will try immunotherapy which has also been proven to be very effective. Since her markers came back as PDL1 positive, this is not curable but is treatable and considered a chronic disease.
