Love & Support for Tate Tucker
After a long emotional journey to find out what is wrong with their precious boy, Jordan & Kacy Tucker have finally been given a diagnosis: Tate has Chronic Granulomatous Disease, a very rare immune disease that he was born with. (1 in 250,000)
Basically, his blood cells can't fight off infection properly, which explains the constant illness that they have endured with him over his first 22 months of life.
Tate has started some medications, including an injection that mom & dad have to give him at home 3 times a week. He also needs a bone marrow transplant as soon as possible.
The ball has started rolling with Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston for the transplant. This is the closest and most equipped hospital that is familiar with his disease. The Tuckers will be doing a lot of traveling back and forth between Oklahoma & Texas before the transplant, and will live there for 2-3 months during the process.
Will you join us in easing their burden as we act out Christ's love for our friends when they most need it? Though their bills will be greater, our goal is $25,000. Anything you are able to give will be an enormous blessing to their family.
In addition to monetary giving, we ask that you please join us in praying for God's complete healing of precious Tate, as only He, the mighty healer, can do. We ask this in Jesus' precious name.
Thank you for your generosity!
