More information about North Valley Caring Services (Nvcs): The mission of North Valley Caring Services (NVCS) is to empower neighborhood residents to build a vision of their community's future and to actively engage in solving local problems. NVCS currently operates in two core areas - Education and Support Services - which includes the following programs: the Afterschool Youth Program, Adult Education (English as a Second Language, Parenting, and Entrepreneurial Classes), the Breakfast Program, Food Pantry, Outreach Meal Program, Shower Program, Safe Parking Program, and referral services.
