School Minibus

We are St Georges School in Newport on the Isle of Wight. We are a secondary school for students with a range of complex additional needs. We believe in providing all students with a full, balanced and meaningful curriculum which meets their needs and aspirations. This includes vocational courses, real life experiences and opportunities to engage in meaningful real life learning.

Of course, this comes with it's challenges such as finances and transport.

We are a group of passionate staff members hoping to raise enough funds to provide the school with a new minibus which all students will be able to use to access experiences and learning outside of the classroom. On the 29th April, we will be walking 27 miles as a group in the hope of raising the funds required. Our route will consist of hills, muddy puddles and plenty of flapjack! This is going to be a huge challenge for some of us (older, unfitter members). Any amount you can donate would be hugely appreciated by our wonderful students Thank you for taking the time to read!
