Asking for HELP is Never Easy!!

My name is Shawna, the mother of a young woman who is in desperate need of Specialized Medical Services and Treatments. My beautiful daughter, Brooke Mason was a back seat passenger in a vehicle roll over accident in 2014, suffering at that time from a compressed neck ligament. After years of pain and suffering from the injuries sustained and the countless doctors, tests, scans and therapies…Brooke has now been diagnosed with Cranio-Cervical Lordosis (reversal of curvature in neck) and Cranio-Cervical Instability. These are serious medical conditions causing compression in the brain stem, vagus nerve and spinal cord creating a wide range of very debilitating symptoms, which are now affecting Brooke’s ability to even function with normal daily activities, such as eating, sleeping, working or driving.

As her mother, it’s been very difficult for me to watch her vibrant love for life just slip away, as these conditions continue to worsen without the proper treatment, debilitating her even further. Brooke is in desperate need of these medical treatments for this diagnosis, treatments that are unfortunately not covered by her insurance.

It is with a hopeful heart that I have created this GoFundMe page to ask anyone who could graciously donate to help Brooke receive these necessary Specialized Medical Services and Treatments she so desperately needs to feel relief and get her life back!
