GG's Funeral Expenses

My name is Shawntee James, and I am raising money for my niece Genevieve Grayson's (GG) funeral expenses. In 2017 GG was only 4-year-old when a speeding vehicle broadsided my sister’s vehicle while dropping her two children Gia and GG off to childcare before work. As a result, GG suffered a spinal cord injury which left her completely paralyzed and her dependent on a ventilator for breathing for the past 4 years. On Monday, May 24TH GG was found unconscious in her bed and was rushed to the hospital where my family got the news that GG had lost all brain activity and would not make it through the week. 

GG was a true angel on earth. She loved school, singing, fashion, spending time with her family, but most of all she loved playing with her little sister Gia. She was so bright and accomplished what many thought she couldn’t in her predicament. My family is beyond devastated and this has been a nightmare for the past 4 years, but we truly appreciate the time we had with her on earth. 

The money made from this account will go towards the cost of a burial plot and a funeral service for my niece. This has been an extremely difficult time for us. My family did not anticipate losing our precious GG so soon, and we would like to express our gratitude for the support and love that GG has gotten over the years.
