Help Azza live safely and authentically

Hi, my name is Azza. I’m a trans woman living in Istanbul, originally from a developing country where being trans is not safe or accepted. I’m currently studying psychology at university and working hard toward a better future, but I’m also struggling just to survive.

Because of my identity and lack of legal gender recognition, it’s incredibly difficult to find safe, stable work. To make ends meet, I’ve had to rely on sex work, something I never planned for, but which became my only option at times. What I want more than anything is to live with dignity, safety, and the chance to focus on my studies and future career.

I’m raising funds to cover:

• Basic living expenses (rent, food, transport)

• Feminizing healthcare and transition-related costs

• A buffer to stop relying on sex work and find safer opportunities
