Support for Temporary Housing due to Flood Damage

Hello, this is so hard for us to do, but my family is in desperate need of help with temporary housing funds. On Tuesday, December 5th the Stilly River had record level flooding and we sustained major damage to our home. We had about 4 inches of standing water throughout the house. The floors, walls, cabinets, furniture, ect will need to be removed and replaced. Our flood insurance company will cover the cost of the damage but does not help with temporary housing while construction is happening. And our home owners insurance will not assist with temporary housing, as flooding is the only exclusion to the policy. We expect to be displaced from our home for several months and have to continue paying our mortgage and utility bills while simultaneously also paying for a new rental home and utilities. We have a baby, pets and also take care of my grandma and are having a difficult time navigating this situation. Any donations would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you and Happy Holidays.
