In Memory of Colette Yellowman

UPDATE:

The "goal" amount has been updated as of 5/30/23 - The immediate family has met with the funeral home and made arrangements for the service. The total remaining balance due is $5,546 (and this includes all costs for the funeral home). We are working on a tight timeline for the service to be on Thursday, June 1st, so all donations are greatly appreciated.

PURPOSE:

Colette's family have been working tirelessly to support and care for Colette for the past year, since her cancer diagnosis. It is with a heavy heart we share that Colette passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday morning. She is no longer in pain and is cured of her cancer as she moves on. Colette is a loving mother, sister, daughter, auntie, and grandmother. She is survived by her parents, her sister, her 4 children, and one grandchild. Colette was a fighter and she wanted nothing more to be with her family. With all this being said, we now ask for our community, friends, and family to help with the fundraising for the funeral arrangements (very simple burial, and no reception). Colette did not have any means set aside for such arrangements and this financial burden is impacting her children to make ends meet.
