Hello,My name is Gary Tenorio and I am the owner and operator of Santo Domingo Pueblo Flag Football League. We are a non-profit league who operate on a Native American Reservation. We started this league to bring opportunities to our tribal and local youth through organized sports. Our mission is to get as many kids as we can playing regardless of their ability to pay. Not only do we serve our local youth, but those that are in foster homes and shelters as well. Our 2024 summer season is coming upon us and we need your help. Funds used through this fundraiser will go back directly into the league to help pay for registration costs, transportation for the kids as well as getting our new referee program off the ground. In seasons past, we relied on volunteers to ref our games with coaches pulling double duty with coaching and reffing. Our new reffing program will provide opportunities to our community by offering our refs a tiered payment system as well as pay for all of their training through the NFL flag referee program. It will give our older teenagers a opportunity to give back to the community while earning some money while doing it. Our program has been successful this far with the help of donors and sponsors like you. Our winter season, we were able to host several activities such as a Halloween Trunk or Treat and a Christmas toy drive. We also were able to send 17 athletes spanning 2 teams to the Arizona Cardinals Regional NFL Flag tournament in Phoenix Arizona this past December with the league able to provide everything free of cost to the athletes including transportation, registration, and hotel accommodations. Without your generous donations, we wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this much. Our league and I thank you.
