In memory of Camila
Donation protected
Camila Gonzalez was a kind-hearted individual. She was a very hard-working individual by knowing how to balance school, work, and family. She attended Chabot Community College and studied Kinesiology. She loved to travel to Mexico with her family in any given opportunity and was always the life of the party.
Camila had many health issues throughout her life. When she was 22 months old, she had to receive a heart transplant. In 2019, she received her second heart transplant along with a kidney transplant. In June 2023, her body was rejecting the kidney. Sadly, Camila passed this August due to complications from the rejection.
Camila's passing has been tough on all of us. Her laughter will always be in our memories and her presence is deeply missed. Her family's wish is to make sure Camila's final resting place is in Mexico.
A group of coworkers at CSU East Bay want to help Camila's mother with funeral expenses to help their wish come true. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. If you aren't able to donate at this time, we would be grateful if you can pass this along within your community.
Camila will surely be missed. She will always be a daughter, sister, and a great friend.
