Hello internet world,
Although I've been reasonably quiet about it, Rufus and I have unfortunately been in quite the predicament for a while now, as my health has and continues to deteriorate faster then I can manage unsupported.
I don't know where to start, though here is a little run down of some of challenges I'm struggling with. ✨
I don't have a car, my only means of transportation is via my mobility scooter, which I use once a fortnight to go to get my medications, and get regular bloods taken, and then I spend the next 2 weeks recovering from that outing.
With that being said, I've no way to get groceries, nor do I have any finances to get them delivered. Therefore my cupboard and fridge is continuously empty.
As fill myself with the endless list of prescribed chemicals that are the only reason I'm still alive, I can feel my body is fighting with all it's got, though I can feel it begging for nutritional, fresh fruits and vegetables...
If you know me, you know how Important food and cooking is for me and my health. And I've been without both for almost 2 years. ☹️
On-top of battling my disability, I'm also once again looking for a permanent place to call home. 3 years ago, my specialists told me to get my affairs in order, as there isn't much more medically that can be done for me, so I truly just need a home, now that I no longer own a bus, I have absolutely no idea where to go or what to do. Of course, the first places I have asked are the humans known as my family, unfortunately they don't seem to have any space for me, which is understandable, Cystic Fibrosis is really hard work both mentally and physically.
Long rant over.
Thanks for reading if you got this far.
I've found myself in a hole, and although I have the shoveling skills, I no longer have the energy to dig myself out. ️
I will be so, so grateful if you are able to help in anyway at all, I already appreciate it more then you could understand.
