Calvin needs surgery

My oldest son, Calvin, needs a hernia repair surgery. He was scheduled for surgery this week but found out today that the office is canceling his surgery because they need a $6000 deposit. His insurance is not fabulous as is not covering the cost of surgery. Please help me raise the deposit funds so that he can have the surgery, recover, and work to support his family.
