Costidis Family Donation Fundraiser

The CPHS Class of 2014 and Key Club are collecting donations for the Costidis family. George is a senior at Carle Place High School and was recently diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma.
Your donation will help pay for gas, tolls and other expenses that incur traveling to Manhattan for treatment. Your donation will also assist with co-pays and other medical expenses.
CPHS students can make a donation directly to Ms. Buffalino or a Key Club/Class of 2014 Officer if they would like to contribute in the form of cash for a graduation gift that will be presented to George.
